JIBC starts to post evaluations of service quality of the World financial institutions (FIs) that conduct transactional delivery of banking services through Internet. We will evaluate only these FIs that actively use Internet to provide banking services. Web sites of FIs that cannot be used for transactional services through Internet are expressly ineligible.

JIBC readers are actively encouraged to submit their own evaluations, evaluation criteria and corrections to the evaluations that we have already posted using a similar evaluation format.
