About the DeLiberation Hotel RFP Service |
ARRAY Development has introduced the Business Travel RFP Service website, an interactive service designed to assist corporate travel coordinators and hotel sales departments. Using our service, business travel executives, conference organizers and meeting planners can electronically submit Requests For Proposals to any hotel or hotel chain in the world at no cost. The requests produced by our service are fully compliant with the 1999 version of the Standard Hotel RFP form developed by the National Business Travel Association. The Business Travel RFP Service site also includes a directory of more than a hundred of the leading hotel chains from around the globe along with links to their Web sites. Every Hotel and each Corporate Travel Planner will find it beneficial to register on our site and become an active user. For further information on this site. Using the Business Travel RFP Service site is quite simple and its users do not require any special technical training or software installation on the client machine. The site is constantly upgraded based on clients feedback. |
Using the Service |
The transactional process of using Business Travel RFP Service is quite simple. First, a travel planner will fill an RFP form online and submit it to us, to request information on the Vendors' facilities. We will notify all the Vendors about the request by sending corporate profile submitted by the Requester. To submit an RFP, the service client needs only to fill out a simple form that can be customized by the travel coordinator to include hundreds of factors specified at the NBTA Standard Hotel RFP. These factors include location, size and age of hotel, availability, rates, proximity to airports and restaurants, hotel facilities and services, guest room amenities, complimentary hotel features, fire and security safety, oversold policies and reservation methods. If a particular Vendor agrees to receive the full RFP record, we will forward it to them electronically for a modest charge of only US$20.00 per cycle of Client Request and Vendor Response. Alternatively, we would be glad to discuss with a particular Vendor a packaged deal. If the Vendor does not have a ready access to email, the request can be delivered by fax or courier. Thereafter the Vendor can either submit their response directly to the Requestor, or use our electronic response form to reply to the RFP. The last procedure is much preferred today by the industry, as many corporations even refuse to accept RFP replies in non-electronic format. Note that any hotel with a simple online connection to the Internet can use our technology without purchasing and installing any proprietary software or hardware. |
